Custom Order Process

  • All customized products (including handmade paintings, name-based art, and other personalized items) are made to order based on your provided details, preferences, and references.

  • Once an order is placed and payment is received, our creative process begins!

  • We may reach out via email or message for any clarifications or approvals before finalizing your design.

Payment Terms

  • Full payment is required in advance to confirm your custom order.

  • Work on your order begins only after payment is successfully processed.

  • Prices vary depending on design complexity, size, and materials.

Processing Time

  • Each custom piece is carefully handmade, so processing times may vary.

  • The estimated delivery time will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.

  • In case of delays due to unforeseen circumstances (like material availability, weather issues, shipping issues), we’ll notify you promptly.

Cancellation & Refunds

  • Once a custom order is confirmed and work has started, cancellations, exchanges, or refunds are not accepted.

  • Personalized items are non-returnable and non-refundable, as they are made exclusively for you.

  • However, if your order arrives damaged or with a production error, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll be happy to help resolve the issue.

Design Accuracy & Approval

  • Please double-check all customization details (like spellings, colors, names, and references) before confirming your order.

  • Minor variations in color, texture, or finish may occur, as each item is handcrafted and unique.

  • Once you approve the design (if applicable), no further changes can be made.

  • We carefully pack all custom products to ensure safe delivery.

  • Shipping timelines depend on the product type and delivery location.

  • Tracking details will be shared once your order is dispatched.
